This page is for rickatoverturf.com, a personal salesperson site for Rick G. at Overturf KIA (Pasco, WA). It is not the dealership’s official website.
What I collect
When you use Book a drive, I collect:
- First name
- Mobile phone number
- Vehicle model interest (and optional trim)
- Whether you have a trade (Y/N)
- Technical basics the site/host may log (IP, browser, time) for security and spam control
I do not ask for Social Security numbers, full credit applications, or payment card data on this site.
Why I collect it
To text or call you about scheduling a test drive, answering vehicle questions, and following up on your request. That is the only sales use of your form data on this site.
Texts and calls
By submitting the form you consent to receive texts (and calls, if needed) from Rick G. about this drive / vehicle request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Who sees it
Your submission is emailed to me at raok@rickatoverturf.com (forwarded to my work mailbox). I may share what is needed with Overturf KIA staff so we can help with inventory, appointments, or a deal — the same way a normal salesperson follow-up works.
Hosting / email / security providers (for example Hostinger, Cloudflare, WordPress plugins) may process data only to run the site and deliver mail. I do not sell your phone number or form data.
How long I keep it
Lead details are kept as long as useful for the conversation or a reasonable follow-up window, then deleted or archived in ordinary business practice. You can ask me to delete your contact info from my personal follow-up list.
Your choices
- Don’t submit the form if you don’t want to be contacted
- Text STOP to end texts
- Email raok@rickatoverturf.com to ask what’s on file, correct it, or request deletion from my personal list
Security
No site is perfectly secure. I use normal hosting protections and avoid putting payment or sensitive ID data on this form. Don’t send passwords or full SSN by form or text.
Kids
This site is for adult vehicle shoppers. I don’t knowingly collect info from children under 13.
Changes
I may update this page. The “Last updated” date above will change when I do.
